Each member state is represented by a law enforcement officer and a judicial expert (prosecutor, investigating judge, etc. depending on the legal system). Its aim is to increase the effectiveness of members’ efforts, on a multi-agency basis, in depriving criminals of their illicit profits. CARICOM IMPACS is an observer member of the ARIN-CARIB Steering Committee.
