Dear Commercial Carriers, Vessel Operators, Aircraft Owners and Port Agents,

The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Implementation Agency for Crime and Security (IMPACS) wishes to advise all stakeholders that the current CARICOM eAPIS Portal will be officially decommissioned on 30 September 2026.

Effective 1 October 2026, all manifest submissions, including passenger and crew information, must be processed exclusively through the new CARICOM MDEX Portal.

Action Required:

Create a new account - Current eAPIS accounts will not transfer automatically. Visit https://carimdex.org immediately to establish your organisation's new profile.

Transition Operations - Start submitting data through the CARICOM MDEX Portal ahead of the 30 September 2026 deadline to ensure uninterrupted compliance.

CARICOM IMPACS will issue additional technical guidance and transition resources as needed.
