Mrs. CLAIRE GUY-ALLEYNE is a Woman Superintendent of Police (ag) in charge of the Gender Base Violence Unit (GBVU) in the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS).
This Unit was launched by the Commissioner of Police GARY GRIFFITH in January 2020. She has twenty-six (26) years’ Service within the TTPS and is the holder of a Bachelors of Law Degree with Honours from the University of London. Mrs. Guy-Alleyne is also deemed a Fingerprint and Crime Scene Expert in the Port of Spain High Court. She received training and a certificate in Evidence Based Policing from the Cambridge University. Also, she is the holder of a certificate in Law Enforcement and Leadership Development from ILEA in El Salvador.
Mrs. Guy-Alleyne performed duties as the second in command in the Child Protection Unit Of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service. She has prosecuted in Police matters before the courts in Trinidad. As a Police Officer she is very passionate about her job and performs same with diligence and dedication. Mrs. Guy-Alleyne enjoys being of service to the people and would continue to provide same with the highest level of integrity and pride
