On November 17, 2023, in Castries, Saint Lucia Executive Director, The Caribbean Community Implementation Agency for Crime and Security, Lt. Col. Michael Jones, and Permanent Secretary, The Caribbean Customs Law Enforcement Council (CCLEC), Mr. Claude Paul, signed an updated Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the aim of improving inter-agency collaboration and fortifying regional and international security initiatives in the Caribbean.
