Ms. Nadine Bushell

Ms. Nadine Bushell is currently the Programme Coordinator at CARICOM IMPACS where she is responsible for managing the Agency’s portfolio of programmes and projects. This involves project formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation as well as resource mobilisation.

Her career has been in the field of development and project planning and management. She has worked in this field in the Public Service of Trinidad and Tobago specifically in the Ministries of Planning and Development, and Community Development, Culture and Gender Affairs. She also worked previously with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Caribbean Sub-Regional Resource Facility based in Trinidad and Tobago.

Ms. Bushell has extensive experience in liaising and working with various international and regional development agencies, as well as stakeholders in government and civil society to mobilise and manage the utilisation of development resources geared toward national and regional development.

She has an MSc in Development and Project Planning and a BSc in Sociology and Management. She was also a Trinidad and Tobago National Scholarship winner and a University of Bradford Scholarship recipient. Ms. Bushell is also heavily involved in civil society work in the Caribbean Region. She is also currently a Member of the Procurement Board of Trinidad and Tobago, representing civil society.
