Mrs. Rinelle Joseph-Pierre

Human Resources Manager

Mrs. Rinelle Joseph-Pierre is a national of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and Human Resources (HR) professional with over 12 years of progressive experience across both the public and private sectors. Her expertise particularly in industrial relations extends to both unionized and non-unionized organizations.

Mrs. Joseph-Pierre joined CARICOM IMPACS in May 2023 where she is currently responsible for the HR function across both at headquarters in Trinidad and Tobago and Barbados. She spearheads key HR initiatives such as: strategic talent acquisition, HR digitization and transformation, Performance Management, policy development, employee engagement, consequence management, benefits management, and HR administration.

She holds a BSc in Psychology with a minor in Human Resource Management with first class honors from the University of the West Indies (UWI), St. Augustine Campus. Her thirst for knowledge led her to pursue an International MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, where she graduated with distinction. She is also a certified coach and is working towards becoming International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited.

Mrs. Joseph-Pierre is relatively fluent in conversational Spanish and brings a unique blend of strategic vision, leadership, and innovative HR practices to the Agency.
