Judy Joseph graduated from St Francois Girls College, following which she pursued a Diploma in Administrative Management at the University of West Indies, in addition to obtaining certification in Project Management and Events Planning & Management from UWI- Roytec and the Trinidad & Tobago Hospitality Institute, respectively. She also attained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Management from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, and a Master of Science (MSc) Degree in Counselling Psychology, from the University of Southern Caribbean.
Mrs. Joseph has a multiplicity of experience in Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Project Coordination and Events Planning and Management, having been employed in these spheres of activities at varied organizations, including the financial and energy sectors.
In 2016, Mrs. Joseph was assigned the position of Human Resource & Administrative Manager at CARICOM Implementation Agency for Crime and Security (IMPACS), having previously held the post of Administrative Manager when she entered the Agency in 2008.
She is actively involved in community outreach programmes as a member of Women’s Institute for Alternative Development (WINAD) and is also a trainee Counsellor with AMD International Business Services Limited.
