Earl Harris is a graduate of Fatima College, Roytec and the University of New Brunswick where he pursued studies in Organizational Psychology and Management and Business Administration.
Was an airman with the United States Air Force in the field of Aircraft Electrical Systems and from 1979-1983 serving under both the Strategic Air Command and Tactical Air Command in New York and the UK respectively.
In 1983 he returned to Trinidad and Tobago when he joined TELCO now TSTT and rose through the managerial ranks, 15 years in middle management, 6 years in senior management until his departure in 2006 in the position of Business Leader Corporate Customer Services North where he was responsible for leading a team of professionals comprising sales and engineering in providing ICT solutions for large corporate customers.
In September 2006 he joined CARICOM IMPACS as Special Projects Manager responsible for establishing Special Visa ISSUING Sites all over the world to facilitate teams and spectators participating in the Cricket World Cup (CWC 2007) which the region was hosting for the first time.
Upon successful completion of that project he was appointed Deputy Director Projects and in January 2013 Assistant Director Strategic Services.
